During our life crisis management counselling sessions, I apply a catered approach to deal only with the areas you’re ready to address. I believe you’re the expert on your own life. We’ll work in a non-judgmental setting to help you clarify the issues, identify solutions, and work towards your goals.
We also focus on resilience and learning additional coping skills so you can deal with the crisis and make changes that can bring personal growth and meaning to your life.
